This hands-on patellofemoral surgery course is designed to emphasize current anatomic, diagnostic and technical pearls that will help optimize patient outcomes. Participants will discover how to do precision MPFL and MQTFL reconstruction and examine how to move tibial tubercle safely and appropriately. New, proven, and safe approaches to patellofemoral surgery with hands on cadaver knees availability will be explored in depth. At the completion of this course the participant will be able to: Differentiate proper patellofemoral treatments and comprehend logical approaches to treating patients with patellofemoral pain and instability joint prevision techniques Identify the newest concepts in patellofemoral joint preservation and replacement including how to optimize patellofemoral articular loading and balance by anteromedial tibial tubercle transfer when appropriate Review and enhance patellofemoral surgical anatomy skills and biomechanics by utilizing cadaver knees Course App will be available for participants to [...]
