The Patellofemoral Foundation is pleased to announce that it has received a financial donation from ZipLine Medical, a California-based manufacturer of advanced, non-invasive skin closure devices. The company has been producing and marketing the Zip devices for over three years in the US and worldwide. Several clinical studies have been published recently that show a reduction of complications or improvement in patient satisfaction with their device over standard skin closure options. ZipLine Medical received recognition at the recent AOSSM meeting in Colorado Springs as one of the Top 11 Sports Medicine Technology Awards for 2016.
