The PFF team is thrilled to announce that Eric Dahlinger, Bill Post, and Chris Powers were honored for their contributions to the development and understanding of patellofemoral medicine at IPSG 2024. Chris and Bill were Patellofemoral Lifetime Achievement Award recipients, while Eric received the Distinguished Service Award.
Eric Dahlinger is Executive Director & Board Member Emeritus of the Patellofemoral Foundation. He offers over 30 years of experience and success on the corporate side of Sports Medicine, orthopedics and endoscopy. He has held numerous positions that began in sales and has advanced steadily into sales and marketing management for major market leaders. His creativity and relationships have delivered significant improvements to the industry and he has six patents issued for orthopaedic or surgery-related product designs.
Dr. William R. “Bill” Post sees and treats a wide variety of sports and activity-related problems as well as general orthopedic conditions. His practice includes a great deal of arthroscopy, knee ligament reconstruction and shoulder surgery including arthroscopic repairs for rotator cuff and labral tears. In the field of academic sports medicine, Dr. Post has diverse interests that have led to peer-reviewed published research in areas including patellofemoral disorders, shoulder arthroscopy, plantar fasciitis, ACL reconstruction and meniscal repair.
