Mr. Dahlinger is a founding board member of the Patellofemoral Foundation along with Drs. John Fulkerson and Peter Jokl and tennis great Ivan Lendl.
He offers well over 40 years of experience and success on the corporate side of Sports Medicine, orthopedics and endoscopy. He has held numerous positions that began in sales and has advanced steadily into marketing and sales management for major market leaders. His creativity and relationships have delivered significant improvements to the industry and he has 6 patents issued for orthopaedic or surgery-related product designs. Currently he focuses on developing and assisting with market introductions for new and unique technology with companies including NICE Recovery, Factor Medical (Selphyl PRP), Nano Infusion Technologies (NanoBubbles), HemaClear tourniquets, CannuFlow (SportPort cannula), Reparel Bioactive sleeves. Spartan Medical (SDVOB), and Micro-Imaging Solutions.
He had surgery to resolve patellofemoral pain over 25+ years ago and is grateful that his surgeon accurately identified the issue and performed the correct procedure to resolve the issue that continues to provide relief to this day!
As a result of his successful surgical outcome, Eric remains active as he continues to play men’s baseball in Chicago area leagues and in national tournaments held around the country as a pitcher and at 3rd base.
