Michael McBrayer Joins the PFF Board of Directors

The Board of Directors of the Patellofemoral Foundation would like to welcome Michael McBrayer as the board’s newest member.

Michael is SVP, Business Development and Professional Relations at Enovis.

He joined Enovis in 1986 as Manager of the Athletic Division for DonJoy, the company’s founding name. Between 1988 and 1999, he served as Regional Sales Manager, National Sales Manager and Vice President of Sales before being named to his current position.

He was a member of the senior management team that led a leveraged buy-out of DonJoy from Smith & Nephew, later taking the company public and growing the business to over $1 billion in annual revenue. Throughout his tenure, McBrayer has managed the marketing of numerous innovative “first to market” orthopedic products and has been instrumental in multiple acquisitions, including ProCare, Aircast, Orthologic Bone Growth and Colfax.

Michael is a founding member of the National Orthopedic Education Society and others, and has served on numerous corporate advisory boards, including AAOS, AOSSM Circle of Honor, Honorary member of NATA, AMSSM Traveling Fellow and AOFAS Traveling Fellows.

Michael has delivered many years of success and improvements in the field of Sports Medicine. And he has been instrumental with financial support to help assist the goals of the Foundation since its inception.

Michael and DJO (Enovis) were awarded the PFF Distinguished Service Award in 2021 for his many years of support.
