The Patellofemoral Foundation (PFF) is proud to highlight the participation of its President, Dr. John Fulkerson, as a keynote speaker at the 26th International Sports Medicine Fellows (ISMF) Conference, taking place March 20–21, 2026, in Carlsbad, California.
Dr. Fulkerson will deliver a featured keynote address on Day 2, sharing his expertise in patellofemoral pain and offering practical insights into the diagnosis and treatment of complex anterior knee conditions. A Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at Yale University, he has authored numerous scientific publications and has played a key role in advancing orthopaedic education and research.
In addition to his academic contributions, Dr. Fulkerson has served as a team physician for U.S. Olympic Ice Hockey, the NHL’s Hartford Whalers, and the AHL’s Hartford Wolfpack, bringing extensive real-world sports medicine experience to his work.
